Vinay Bhimjiani, interim CEO of USA Cricket, said:

“Qualifying for the upcoming Under 19 Men’s Cricket World Cup is a goal that USA Cricket has set for itself. So today’s announcement of the open U19 Zonal Trials is very encouraging for us in terms of assisting in the identification of the top young Men’s cricketers from all over the United States.

We want to make sure two things: one. That everyone who is eligible across the nation has an opportunity to compete, and second.
