With 27 points, Atalanta is tied for fifth place with Inter Milan and Lazio in the league standings. With 26 points, Jose Mourinho’s Roma are sixth in the standings. Napoli, who are now in first place with 38 points, keep winning games. AC Milan, the defending champion, are still eight points behind.

Atalanta placed seventh last season, outside of the European spots.
